Drop N’ Shop

Drop N' ShopCamp Iliff’s Drop N’ Shop program is so easy to use! Parents drop children off with a certified staff member of Camp Iliff where both parent and child receive a matching blacklight hand stamp code. This is a security feature Camp Iliff uses to protect child’s identity. Children will follow an entertaining schedule utilizing everything Camp Iliff has to offer. Your child will spend time in Okee’s Forest plus spend time in a private classroom experiencing Okee’s Education and Fun All in One!

Camp Iliff makes it easy and affordable for parents to sign up children in the Drop N’ Shop Program. Parents can sign children up online or fill out an enrollment form at Camp Iliff. Parents pay a low cost of $10 per hour for children to experience Okee’s Education and Fun All in One!!!

Monday-Saturday: 10:00am – 9:30pm
Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Payment for child care is due in full upon services rendered. Unused time is not refundable.

Parent/Staff Communication

Camp Iliff’s number 1 priority is the safety and happiness of your child. We would like to keep the communication between parents and our staff positive. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback please bring them to the attention of our staff!

Drop Off/Pick Up Policy

Drop your child off with a certified staff member. You and your child will receive black light hand stamps for child identity. Payment is due at time of drop off for services rendered. If someone other than the drop off person will be picking the child up, please make the staff member at Camp Iliff aware at drop off, this person must be listed on your registration form as an approved pick up person. When picking up your child you must show your photo ID and your black light hand stamp code must match the child’s for release. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Well Child Policy

Camp Iliff will not accept any sick child. This is to ensure the wellness of the other children. Your consideration with this policy is appreciated.

Meal/Snack Policy

Camp Iliff does not provide a snack to children. You will be required to pack them a lunch and/or snack that is clearly labeled with your child’s name or purchase lunch for $4.00. Snacks and lunches must be ready-to-eat. Refrigeration is available.

General Rules

  • All personal belongings should be marked with first and last names to avoid confusion. Camp Iliff will not take responsibility for personal items lost or left at the center. Lost and found items will be stored for a maximum of 30 days, after this time items will be donated.
  • Reservations are highly encouraged, since space is limited to the number of children accepted. If you do not have a reservation scheduled your child may not be accepted.
  • If you have a scheduled reservation and need to cancel, please give notice morning prior.
  • We accept all major credit cards, or cash. Checks are not accepted for Drop N’ Shop.
  • Late charge for after-hours/late pick-ups: If pick up is more than 5 minutes after scheduled pick up time a complete hour will be charged to your credit card, or if paid in cash additional fees will be requested at the time of pick up.
