Helpful Hints
- A deposit of 50% is required – All deposits are Non-Refundable but may be reschedule. All balances are due at the time of the party.
- Only ONE Birthday Child per party package! Your party is for 2 hours. If your package includes a private party room, this room is provided for 30 minutes.
- FREE tours of our facility are available by appointment and are recommended prior to your party.
- A Host will be assigned to your child’s party and is available during the 30 minutes you are in your party room. Gratuities for your host are welcomed and appreciated.
- Depending upon the package chosen, admission is for a maximum of 10 or 15 birthday party guests (not including the birthday child). If party guests are exceeded, additional fees will apply. Admission for all attending parents is free; siblings are additional (this includes crawler age children). Parties may not exceed 20 guests.
- Socks must be worn in our facility. We ask that you inform all children attending the party that socks must be worn.
- Paper products and decorations will be provided.
- Birthday invitations will be provided once your deposit is paid.
- Parents MUST bring the birthday cake or cupcakes – NO other food or drink permitted. Please label your dessert box with the birthday child’s first and last name so we can properly store it.
- A host will offer you Add Ons. If you order, this will be charged separately at the end of your party and not included in your package.
- Directions to our location are available upon request, as well as on our website.
- Parties are all open play and do not move as groups through activities.
- If your party package includes goodie bags, they are available for your approval. This request must be made prior to the actual day of your child’s party.
- Please do not arrive prior to your scheduled party time.
- Our two largest packages include our Starz Video Room. The music video and song choice will be chosen by Camp Iliff prior to the birthday party to ensure it is age appropriate. Only the birthday child gets to take home a DVD of their friends but additional DVD’s for your party guests are available as an add on.
- Our largest package, Total Hoot, includes our Tornado Time for the birthday child only.
- We will require a list of birthday party attendees at least 24 hours prior to your child’s party. This can be faxed (973) 300-4077 or mailed to us.
